EXTREME WAKE FOR YACHTS & BOATS RENTAL LLC maintains the Wake2wake.ae Website (“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Wake2Wake.ae privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. EXTREME WAKE FOR YACHTS & BOATS RENTAL LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, EXTREME WAKE FOR YACHTS & BOATS RENTAL LLC may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Please note that maximum capacity of boat is 5 people.
  • We accept all levels from 7 years to 60 years old.
  • We operate 7 days of a week from sunrise to sunset
  • Smoking is NOT permitted at any time on site.
  • Excessive noise is not tolerated.

  • If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your session, we will not be able to refund your deposit or reschedule your booking.
  • We are only able to cancel or reschedule your booking if session can’t be done due to bad weather or issues related to boat.
  • United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. EXTREME WAKE FOR YACHTS & BOATS RENTAL LLC controls this Site from the U.A.E. EXTREME WAKE FOR YACHTS & BOATS RENTAL LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations.
  • If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations
  • We will not issue refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your session.
  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the paying card.

  • In the event of NO SHOW, Short notice cancellation Xtreme Wake reserves the right not to refund the paid amount.

  • the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt
  • Taxes and fees are included in the price.
  • Current price at the time of booking.
  • Any verbal quote is only an estimate of the price
  • Please wear a life jacket at all times while you are on the water.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and other boaters.
  • Do not wake surf alone.
  • Stay within the designated wake surfing area.
  • Obey all our instructors and boat rules and regulations.
